Custom Canva Template Process

  • Step One: Reach Out

    Let’s see if your Canva needs align with this template! You might need 2 workbooks and a slideshow or a custom mix of the options. We’ll decide together if it aligns with the scope! You need a solid brand for us to be able to be successful with Canva.

  • Step Two: Strategy Call

    After booking, we’ll have a strategy call to go over our robust Canva Scope document to determine your needs, I’ll poke around in your Canva account, and we’ll align on your deliverables.

  • Step Three: Design!

    After our call, we start creating! We take about two weeks, but we always start with your prioritized items first! You will start to see your Canva brand kit organized and templates trickle into your account.

  • Step Four: Review

    We’ll have a final review call to go over your Canva templates so that I can show you how they work!

Please note that you must have a brand design you’re happy with for this package.

We will help you add assets and maybe even a color or two, but you must have a logo that’s ready to go and a brand that’s ready to be built with. We do discount the Canva package heavily when you book brand design with us!

  • Our minimum project fee is $1500 and comes pre-set with a list that is cutomizable from digital items, social media, and print items. Aside from those deliverables, you’ll also get two strategy calls.

    You will also receive any applicable logo file updates, graphics and assets, etc that we added to your brand.

    The end result is an account full of applicable templates for your brand!

  • This brand requires a logo design.

    This is not a brand creation process, but is intended to help grow your brand.

    You must have a logo you’re happy with.

    No other requirements are necessary!

  • We will have a final review call to go over your Canva account, and then you will get two weeks of priority inbox questions. Then, you’ll get access to any supplementary materials and education.

  • It’s customizable! Please contact us to ask exactly how. Perhaps you don’t need the social media set but instead need way more workbooks. Or you have a very solid brand and just need tons of graphics created.
