Will I end up on the front page of Google with this course?
That’s impossible to answer. Ranking on Google depends on a huge amount of factors: your niche, how many others show up in your industry, if you stick to expert blogging, and how competitive your keywords are. Also: you rank per page, not for your whole website. We rank on the first page for 4 of our blogs and 10 of our keywords. Honestly, if anyone ever does guarantee front-page success, they are either making an empty bold claim, or they’re about to make a million dollars.
Can I get a refund if I don’t like it?
Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds for courses. We recommend thoroughly reading this landing page, watching the sample video above, and ensuring you’re ready for this workshop / workbook!
Will this course replace an expert SEO team and/or an ad team?
This course is an excellent beginner level to SEO and could come before hiring a team, and we do recommend hiring a team if your goals are to rank higher, faster or if you are a product based business. This course gives you foundational knowledge and simple, step-by-step solutions to implementing SEO on your Squarespace website. This course follows all of the steps I use for my own website.
Will this course only work for Squarespace?
Yes….and no. While all of the videos, screenshots, and specific examples are for Squarespace, the overall information on optimization, keywords, images, and blogging are applicable no matter what platform you use. We do not offer refunds if you choose to take the course regardless of this answer.
Is this for service based businesses or product based?
This course is geared for service based businesses but the fundamentals of keyword research, industry research, and optimizing page by page is essential to basic SEO knowledge for your site. If you have a Shopify store for your products, we do recommend having an SEO team instead of this course.
Why is it called Pocket SEO?
These are tips you should put in your pocket and carry around, ready to apply them to any new blog or page you create! SEO is not a “set it and forget it” type of education. You need to understand it, have it in your pocket, and be ready to whip it out whenever you’re ready!
